Medical information

Medical Disclaimer

Grip provides an online care experience for men’s sexual health. This page explains important limits on the website and routine online communications.

Not emergency care

Grip is not an emergency service. Do not use the website, intake, portal, or routine messaging for urgent or life-threatening symptoms. Call 911 or seek immediate in-person care when appropriate.

Clinician review is required

Website content is general information and does not create a clinician-patient relationship by itself. A licensed clinician must review your information before any treatment or prescription decision. Treatment is not guaranteed and may not be appropriate for everyone.

Compounded medication

Grip currently offers compounded ED medication when prescribed by a licensed clinician and clinically appropriate. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not evaluated by FDA in the same way as FDA-approved medications before marketing.

Individual results vary

Health conditions, medications, medical history, and other factors affect treatment decisions and results. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of a particular result.

Seek professional advice

Use the care experience to share complete and accurate information with the reviewing clinician. Follow the instructions provided by your clinician and pharmacist. Seek in-person medical care when your clinician or symptoms indicate that it is needed.
