You may use the service only if you meet the age, identity, location, and other eligibility requirements presented during intake. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it when it changes.

Grip provides an online process that connects eligible patients with licensed clinicians. A clinician independently decides whether an evaluation, treatment, or prescription is appropriate. Completing an intake does not guarantee a consultation, prescription, medication, or particular outcome.

Care availability depends on the state where you are physically located during care. Grip is currently available in 48 states and Washington, D.C., and is not currently available in Alaska or Mississippi.

Grip currently offers compounded ED medication when prescribed by a licensed clinician and clinically appropriate. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The dispensing pharmacy is responsible for dispensing medication according to the applicable prescription and requirements.

The website and routine messages are not an emergency service. Do not use them for urgent or life-threatening symptoms. Call 911 or seek immediate in-person care when appropriate.

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for reviewing messages, care updates, prescription information, and delivery communications. Do not share your account credentials with another person.

Any prices, payment terms, delivery terms, subscription terms, refunds, and promotional conditions will be shown before you complete the applicable transaction. Promotional offers may have eligibility, timing, and cancellation requirements.

• Use the website and portal only for lawful personal use.
• Do not impersonate another person or submit information that is false or misleading.
• Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to harm another person.
• Do not copy, scrape, or reuse site content without permission.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to future use. Contact Grip through your patient portal or the support contact provided during intake.
