Returns & Refunds
Grip handles prescription treatments differently from ordinary retail products. This policy explains what happens when you need help with an order, a charge, or a delivery.
Prescription treatments cannot be returned
For patient safety, Grip cannot accept returns of prescription medication once it has been dispensed or shipped. Do not send medication back unless Grip or the dispensing pharmacy gives you specific instructions to do so.
Problems with an order or delivery
If your order is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or does not arrive, contact Grip through your patient portal or the support contact provided during your care process as soon as possible. Include the order details and a description of the issue so the care and fulfillment teams can review it.
Charges, cancellations, and refunds
Prices and any applicable payment, delivery, subscription, cancellation, and refund terms are shown before you complete the applicable transaction. If a recurring plan is offered, its billing and cancellation terms will be provided before enrollment.
Refund requests are reviewed based on the transaction terms, the circumstances of the request, and applicable law. A prescription decision, medication order, or treatment outcome is not guaranteed.
Medication safety
Do not use this page or routine support messages for urgent or life-threatening symptoms. For an emergency, call 911 or seek immediate in-person care. For medication questions, follow the instructions provided with your prescription or contact the clinical team through your patient portal.
Questions
If you have a question about a charge, delivery, or order, contact Grip through your patient portal or the support contact provided during intake. We will review the request and explain the next steps.
